Warren V. Mayo is the founder of Summitt Solutions Corporation which has been established since 1997. Mr. Mayo set up Summitt Solutions to excel at understanding the business environment needs and the use of management methodologies a state-of-art technology to further our clients’ business objectives. His management experience spans over twenty-five years. Mr. Mayo is a recognized leader in Program Management, Project Management, Change Management, Communication, and such Process Improvement methodologies as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Business Process Management. Mr. Mayo is also well versed with such agile methodologies as Scrum. Lean, Kanban, Crystal, Extreme Programming (XP), Dynamic System Development Management (DSDM) and Feature Driven Development (FDD).

Skilled leader that effectively communicates new concepts to all levels from senior executives to knowledge workers that drive change and competitive advantage. Marlene Tripplin first joined Summitt Solutions’ Project Management Office (PMO), during March 2001, as a Sr Project Manager. Marlene later became the Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to head up our professional services and offered training programs. Marlene’s responsibilities included ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of our company's PMP training and professional services to clients around the world and leveraging best-in-class technology to enhance clients’ business processes. Her key areas of focus include increasing our ability to fulfill client engagements and creating new strategies that set Summitt Solutions apart from the competition, especially around consulting and professional services solutions.
